Stacko operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website and placing orders for products sold by Stacko. We are powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.

Stacko is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide and operate the website and order infrastructure. However, sales are made directly by Stacko and DKS Traders Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for the sale, fulfillment, product quality, dispatch, customer service, or any other aspect of transactions between customers and Stacko.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not party to your purchase contract with Stacko and is not liable for any issue arising from goods purchased from us.
